SCHMOOZE \ˈshmüz\ (verb) : to converse casually, especially in order to gain an advantage or make a social connection.

PALOOZA \ˈpa•lü•zah\ (noun) : a large scale party!

Schmooza Palooza, the Chamber’s biggest party of the year, is an energetic marketplace for Chamber members and non-members. Schmooza Palooza promises to be THE social event for business professionals in Greater Indianapolis who want to gain a professional advantage in our community.

Attendees should expect to find unique restaurants for client entertainment, technology companies selling the latest hand-held devices, boutiques to enhance workplace style and green-friendly businesses promoting the importance of green living. The dynamic and social atmosphere of Schmooza Palooza will include live music, wine/beer tastings and exclusive prize drawings.

The objective of Schmooza Palooza is to create a fun, lively atmosphere while providing attendees with the resources necessary to gain a professional advantage in our community.

2009 Early Exhibitors

We’re looking for 100 Chamber member companies to promote their products and/or services to our attendees.

We believe your company has what it takes to make Schmooza Palooza the most talked about event of the year! What will attendees say about you? What will make your company stand out? We’re asking our exhibitors to provide our attendees an experience they’ll never forget.

Exhibitors will receive the following benefits:

  • The opportunity to promote products and/or services to Indianapolis business professionals.
  • A listing in the event program to be distributed to all attendees and volunteers.
  • Early exhibitors (by 5/22/09) will be mentioned in website/electronic communication to 8,000+ members.
  • Early exhibitors (by 5/22/09) may be mentioned in media marketing efforts, including press releases, on-air promotions and event day coverage.
  • Three (3) exhibitor passes.
  • Booth space is 8’ x 8’ piped and draped and includes one (1) 6’ skirted table.

BOOTH SPACE

  • $600 Main aisle (booth locations will be reserved on a first come, first served basis)
  • $400 General (booth locations will be reserved on a first come, first served basis)
