The Indy Chamber's Annual Meeting will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from noon-12:45 pm for all members. Please check back on this posting for information on the meeting location once the venue has been confirmed. Among the agenda items will be voting on the slate of directors and proposed changes in the articles of incorporation. You may review those items below.

Members shall have the right to submit additional board nominations at least 15 day prior to the February 5 meeting.
Directly following this meeting from 12:45-1:30pm, the Board of Directors will vote on the slate of officers, executive committee members and changes in bylaws.
