Indiana Rules Governing Contributions
Indiana law provides that individuals as well as corporations and labor organizations may contribute to Political Action Committees. For individuals, there is no limit on the level of contributions. For corporations and labor organizations, aggregate annual limits are imposed as follows:
- Candidates for all statewide offices: $5,000
- State committees of political parties: $5,000
- State Senate candidates: $2,000
- State House candidates: $2,000
- State Senate legislative party caucuses: $2,000
- State House legislative party caucuses: $2,000
- Candidates for all local offices: $2,000
- Central committees other than state committees: $2,000
