The Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce envisions a region where public and private partners encourage expansion, and government investment in programs and infrastructure is linked to job growth, increased income, and property value. Economic development occurs when you have a strongly educated, mobile and diverse workforce. By improving education on all levels and creating a strong transit system, we can more adequately sell our city to businesses that relocate and provide vital resources to start-up companies.
The Indy Chamber works with many community partners, including the Regional Mayor’s Group, the City of Indianapolis, Develop Indy, and Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) to keep Central Indiana competitive and healthy for business growth.
