Mark Fisher, Vice President of Government Relations and Policy Development
Experience: Prior to joining the team at the Indy Chamber, Mark served as Director of Engagement and Interim President of Develop Indy, the Marion County/Indianapolis local economic development organization. In this role, Mark served as a liaison for companies wishing to relocate or expand in Marion County/Indianapolis, assisting them through the local regulatory process, including zoning, public works, licensing and permitting. Mark also worked with business, trade and community organizations on various redevelopment and quality of life projects on behalf of the City of Indianapolis. Mark serves on several professional and community boards including EmployIndy, Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority and Midtown Indy.

Angela Smith Jones, Director of Public Policy
Experience: Angela was formerly a Director with the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. Angela attended Miami University of Ohio where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism. She received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois.
