AlwaysOn Names ExactTarget as A Top Global Private Company

Recognition Cites Company’s Technology, Innovation, Global Growth

INDIANAPOLIS (July 14, 2011) – ExactTarget, a global provider of interactive marketing solutions, announced today that business media site AlwaysOn has named the company an “AlwaysOn Global 250” top private company for 2011.

Mix, Mingle and Blend during the Franciscan Wine Blending Seminar at Morton’s The Steakhouse

Indianapolis, Ind.— Many of the finest wines in the world, including Magnificat, Franciscan’s highly acclaimed proprietary Meritage blend, are made from blending different grapes and considered to be the art of winemaking. How would you like to try your hand (and palate and nose) at producing a great wine? Think you have what it takes to be a professional winemaker?

On July 28, Morton’s The Steakhouse in Indianapolis is partnering with Napa Valley’s Franciscan Oakville Estate vineyards to host a Meritage wine blending seminar from 7 – 8:30 p.m.

Before the seminar, guests will enjoy Franciscan Oakville Estate Magnificat and Morton’s signature petite filet mignon sandwiches, miniature crab cakes, blue cheese tenderloin crostini plus an assortment of fruit and cheese.

At the conclusion, the winery’s representative will sample each blend and declare one meritage the evening’s champion blend. The Tony Stewart Foundation ‘s July Hot Laps

One of Indiana’s favorite sons, 2-time NASCAR Champion Tony Stewart, is also known for his big heart in helping children & animals. Tony started his charitable foundation in 2003 and, since that time, has awarded more than $4.5 million in grants to organizations serving critically or chronically ill children; animals that are abused, abandoned or endangered; and drivers injured in the sport of motor racing.

Organizations from throughout the United States contact the Tony Stewart Foundation seeking grants to support their programs & services. For the 3rd year, Marsh – Indiana’s Homegrown Grocer – and Coca-Cola have teamed up with Tony & his foundation to raise money benefitting Indiana Children’s Wish Fund. ICWF is “uniquely Indiana” and has been granting wishes to special kids for more than 25 years.

Jessica Benson Cox Joins Baker & Daniels' Product Liability Team

INDIANAPOLIS — Jessica Benson Cox has joined the product liability group at Baker & Daniels LLP as an associate in the law firm's downtown Indianapolis office.

Cox will focus her practice on the defense of pharmaceutical companies, device manufacturers and other industry leaders involved in litigation. Before joining Baker & Daniels, she practiced in the drug and device group for another Indianapolis law firm.

Cox graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland in 2006 and magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a bachelor of science degree in 2003. An Indianapolis native, she serves as a board member and secretary with the Park Tudor Alumni Association and on the fundraising steering committee for Dress for Success Indianapolis.

Cox is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
